Athlete Profile

Hey guys just wanted to take a little bit of time in this section for you to get to know me….

I grew up in the of city of Yorba Linda, CA where I attended Esperanza High School in Anaheim Hills. There is where I played Varsity Basketball and was introduced to the weight room. After high school, I attended California State University, Fullerton where I had earned a degree in Strength and Conditioning, Biomechanics, and Bio-Energetics under the great minds of Dr. Lee Brown and Dr. Andy Galpin. While in school, I also gained “field” experience working at Velocity Sports Performance for a total of four years. Two of them I was the Sport Performance Director. After graduation, I was hired on at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach in the field of “Corrective Exercise.” There I gained extensive knowledge of human performance, teaching people how to move after the rehabilitation stage, yearly physicals, providing vo2 measurements, macronutrient calculations, and bodily movement screenings.

It was then through a series of fortunate an unfortunate events where I found fitness as a sport. It has brought me many things in and outside the gym that i am blessed to be apart of.
